1- Custom Orders

All custom printing, embroidery, and bulk orders require final artwork approval before production begins.

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing proofs, designs, spellings, sizes, and specifications before giving confirmation.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered.

Production begins only after design approval and required payment confirmation.

2- Pricing & Payments

All pricing is based on product type, material quality, customization requirements, and order quantity.

Bulk order discounts may apply depending on volume. We reserve the right to adjust pricing

if project requirements change after initial quotation.

Full or partial advance payment may be required before processing large or custom orders. 

3- Design Responsibility

Customers must ensure they have legal rights to use submitted logos, images, and artwork.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-provided designs.

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or content submitted for printing.

Swagspheres is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.

By submitting artwork, customers confirm they have authorization to use the content.

 
 

4- Production Timeline

Production timelines provided are estimated and

may vary depending on order size, customization complexity, and current workload.

While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by

unforeseen circumstances, supplier issues, or courier delays.

5- Limitation of Liability

Swagspheres shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental,

or consequential damages resulting from product use, delay, or service interruption.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Customers agree that minor variations in color, size, or print positioning

are not considered defects but standard industry tolerances.
