Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature

of our printing and embroidery services, all sales are considered

final once production has begun. Each product is created specifically

according to customer-approved specifications.

1. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully

reviewing and approving design proofs before production.

Refunds will not be issued for spelling errors, incorrect sizing,

or design mistakes that were approved prior to printing.

2. Manufacturing Defects

If there is a verified manufacturing defect or printing error

caused by our production team, customers must notify us within 48 hours

of receiving the order. Clear photographic evidence must be provided.

After review, we may offer a replacement or correction at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after production begins

Incorrect size selection

Color variation due to screen differences

Minor alignment shifts within industry tolerance


Bulk order deposits are non-refundable once materials have been sourced and production has been scheduled.

4. Resolution Commitment

Our priority is customer satisfaction. In case of any genuine concern,

we encourage clients to contact us directly so

we can resolve issues professionally and fairly.

 

5. Return Process

 

Contact our customer service to initiate a return.

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if necessary

. • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

• Package the item securely and include the return authorization form.

• Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization

5. Return Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product),

we will cover 100% of the return shipping fees. A shipping label will be provided by  Merchlist for this.
• For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Werecommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance,

as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
